Identifying the resistance type

if this is asking you to expand your self-worth

When the universe invites us to expand our self-worth, it often triggers the old belief: “Am I really allowed to have this?” A “test” of self-worth usually asks: Will you choose the old survival pattern… or the identity you’re stepping into which will increase your magnetism?

Ask yourself:

• Is this situation asking me to settle… or to stand taller?

• Where am I about to abandon myself to avoid discomfort?

• If I believed I was fully worthy, how would I respond differently?

• What boundary, decision, or standard would my elevated self hold here?

If this is inviting you to pause and let go of control

When the universe forces us to pause it is not a punishment. Rather it is guiding us to move away from trying to force and control our manifestations, and intro trust, regulation, and alignment. Essentially, we’re integrating a new way of being that doesn’t rely on survival or making things happen.

Ask yourself:

• Where in my life have I been moving from urgency or control?

• What lesson has not fully landed yet?

• What part of me needs reassurance before I expand further?

• If I trusted timing completely, what would I do right now?

• What would rest look like instead of forcing clarity?

If this is guiding you to redirect the path you’re on

When the universe closes doors for us, or takes people or opportunities away it can often feel like a rejection, but what it’s really trying to do is help redirect you to something better and more in alignment with your elevated self. Despite how devastating this can feel, it’s a sign you’re ready to step into a higher level of self-worth.

Ask yourself:

• If this had worked out exactly as I wanted, what would it have cost me energetically?

• Was I shrinking, proving, or overextending to make this happen?

• Does this outcome actually match the identity I’m becoming?

• If I zoom out, where might this be gently steering me instead?
