Your nervous system acts on old wiring. Notice the “I can’t,” “I should,” and “what if” stories that pop up. These are not facts — they’re learned pathways that can be rewired.
Do this today: List 2–3 recurring limiting beliefs and where they came from.

Use self-hypnosis, targeted affirmations, visualization, and repetition to create new neural pathways: “I am worthy,” “I trust my knowing.” Anchor them in feeling, not force. Neuroscience: repeated emotional experience = new wiring.

Manifestation scales to the level your nervous system can hold. Build evidence of worth through small successes, supportive expanders, and daily self-affirmation. Safety + worth = magnetism.

Manifestation is co-creation: intuition points, you act. Ask for a nudge, follow the small next step, repeat. Momentum = neural evidence + energetic receptivity.
